How should I respond to insurance carrier letters?

During your recent Open Enrollment for 2018 benefits, IF you changed insurance carriers for your medical coverage, you may get two premium letters – one from your old carrier and one from your new carrier.

NO ACTION IS NEEDED ON YOUR PART to respond to this correspondence. These letters will tell you that you need to pay your premium. DO NOT PAY and DO NOT CANCEL your policy.

Hixme and your company are paying your premiums via payroll deduction. Please call Hixme if you have
ANY questions or concerns.
